25 Years ago Philippe Signolet opened a small café.

The café was the brainchild of Philippe Signolet, a Frenchman and lover of food, whose vision was to prepare the finest breads and pastries using the best ingredients and to share his passion for good food with all his customers.



The café was called “Delice de France”. But now, of course a quarter of a century later, this business is a little bigger – Delice de France has grown into the leading Manufacturer & distributer of great Bakery & Savoury products to the Food Service industry in the UK;

From June 2010, Cuisine de France Foodservices became known as Delice de France, bringing with it the marketing leading product ranges, customer knowledge & passion for food to the Food Service industry in Ireland.

As Delice de France, we will still hold Philippe’s founding principles close to our hearts – to make the finest products using the best ingredients.
